National Clean Up Day!

The National Climate Change Office (NCCO) recently participated in the National Clean Up event, focusing on cleaning the shoreline of Dangriga Town. This initiative aimed to reduce environmental pollution and raise awareness about the importance of protecting coastal ecosystems. Volunteers, including local community members and NCCO staff, worked together to remove debris from the beaches, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment. The event highlighted the collective effort needed to preserve the natural beauty of Belize’s coastlines.
